How to hard reset your Smart Phone.
i-mate SP5/TMobile SDA

1. Press and Hold the two buttons with “—“on them. (The soft menu keys - one on the extreme left and the other on the extreme right - they have a bar/line symbol on them)

2. Continue to hold them while you turn on the phone and until you get to the black reset screen. Don't hold the power key too long. If you do, you'll bypass the hard reset and you'll just have to start over when your phone gets to wherever it is that it hangs.

Moto Q device

Hard-Reset on Moto Q devices can be done in two ways.

1. On you device, tap Start > System Tool > Master Reset

2. Switch off the device, then Press and Hold that “OK” button in the middle and the “Hang UP” button. A confirmation screen should appear asking you if you want to perform a Mast Reset. Press Y to reset, N to cancel.

Cingular 3125

There are two ways to Hard Reset the device.

1. Tap Start > Accessories > Clear Storage, then Enter 1234 into the text box and then press the YES button. This clears out EVERYTHING on the phone and sets it all back to defaults.

2. Power down the phone. Then hold both of the "soft buttons", the two dashes above the green dial button and the red hang-up/power button, and while holding them down, press the red hang-up/power button. You will get a message to press 0 to reset to factory settings. Press 0 and it will begin the reinstall.
