Purchasing from the Sprite web site does not update your Google android market account. Purchases made directly from our website will not display in the Android Marketplace, and, if this is the case, you will need to reinstall the software directly from our website, and then use your authorisation code, given to you during the purchase of the software, to authorise the software. If you have purchased the application from the Android Marketplace, on the other hand, then you will need to reinstall the software from there. You can do this simply by launching the Market application and selecting My Apps, before selecting Sprite Backup from the list, and selecting the install button. If the Android Marketplace is not registering that you have purchased the software, please ensure that you are logged into the Google system under the same email which you used to purchase the software. If you are still encountering issues with your Marketplace purchase then you will need to contact Google helpdesk directly. |  |
