I’ve lost my authorisation code or download details, what can I do?
If you purchased your software after June 2009 then you can find your codes and download links by entering your email address in the Lost Codes section of our website (http://www.spritesoftware.com/support/lost-codes).

If you purchased the software before June 2009, or are having trouble retrieving your authorisation details for other reasons, please contact sales@spritesoftware.com directly, with the email you made the purchase under and, if possible, your transaction ID.
